What currency are the prices do I see on the site?
All prices are USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 5-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-5 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at kickweightwithkeisha@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and everything you received attached.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please check our refund policy. .

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at kickweightwithkeisha@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
On average orders ship out in 2-3 business days. 

Note: International customers shipping will be specific to your region at checkout.

I got defective item, what do I do now?
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective items must be returned within 2 days of receipt. If not, we will not Exchange. If you have received the wrong item please contact us within 48 hrs. 

Shop Pay Instalments

What is the option to pay in instalments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in instalments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly instalment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees*.

Can I use Shop Pay Installments if I'm an international customer?
Shop Pay Instalments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and a United States mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses or phone numbers can't use Shop Pay Instalments.

What if I miss an instalment payment?
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed instalment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.

Can I buy gift cards with Shop Pay Instalments?
You can't purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Instalments. If you want to purchase gift cards along with Shop Pay Instalments eligible products, then you need to place two separate orders.
