Never Received

I sent a few emails to get the details where is my order. Please get back to me on the details, tracking information please. I never received what I paid for. Again, if I can’t get any information from your company, please process a refund. I would appreciate a response immediately. It’s been over two weeks now. Again, if I can’t get any details other than when it was shipped out by this Friday, 7/12. I will request a refund. This is ridiculous.
