PLEASE NOTE:
- Purchases will be shipped within 5-7 business days of order date during holidays.
- Domestic eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY.
- International orders do not qualify for exchanges/returns. No exceptions.
- There are no returns or exchanges on the following collections - Essentials, Books, ALL Detox Solutions, Supplements, and KWWK Merch, no exceptions!
- No returns or exchanges on any 50% off sales. No exceptions.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you do not specify a corrected size for requested return, your return will be opted into store credit.
Our policy lasts 30 days and equally applies to domestic orders ONLY. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and everything you received attached. This means unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains and odor. Once we have approved your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued to the email address attached to the returns order number; within 5-7 business days. Please note your internal credit code expires 3 years from the date of issuance. If your order totals more than your refund is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. Your use of the credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions. Items purchased with store credit will now become a Final Sale unless an error occurs on our end.
This Returns Policy is supplemental to our Terms and Conditions and does not replace it.
Submit a return request to customer service within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for your return (take photos for verification).PLEASE NOTE: All essential inventory is non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for any reason. These are all final sale items. KWWK will NOT refund in any circumstance.
COURSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND/OR EXCHANGEABLE.
NOTE: No exchanges or refunds on merch (shirts, mugs) as a limited amount is available.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then you will be offered store credit to purchase any other item from our store within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective items must be returned within 2 days of receipt. If not we will not Exchange. If you have received the wrong item don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hrs.

Exchange/Return Due to Size Issue?
If you meet all requirements for an exchange reach out to customer service at returns@kickweightwithkeisha.com
You would send it back to the address on the package and add a note on the packing slip stating the size you need.

Once received it takes 5-7 business days to process it back into the system. After that, we will ship it out and email you the tracking number.

Only regular priced items may be refunded as store credit, unfortunately, Sale Items, KWWK Merch & Books cannot be refunded.
