NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT. EXCHANGES ONLY.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Purchases will be shipped within 5-7 business days of order date during holidays.
- Domestic eligible items may be returned for exchange ONLY.
- International orders do not qualify for exchanges/returns. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- There are no returns or exchanges on the following collections - Essentials, Books, ALL Detox Solutions, Supplements, and KWWK Merch, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No returns or exchanges on any 50% off sales. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our policy lasts 30 days and equally applies to domestic orders ONLY. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: All essential inventory is non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for any reason. These are all final sale items. KWWK will NOT refund in any circumstance.

REFUNDS (If Applicable)
· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
o If you are approved, then you will be offered store credit to purchase any other item from our store within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective items must be returned within 2 days of receipt. If not we will not Exchange. If you have received the wrong item don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hrs.

You would send it back to the address on the package and add a note on the packing slip stating the size you need.
